In the City where I live, a Semi - Detached house is called a duplex & the Bungalow house is called a one story family home.

As a British person sometimes I wish I lived in America every time an estate house appears! American houses on the suburbs are soooo nice and huge!

This house was existed in Hong Kong at 1960s. But now, Hong Kong had a lot of Buildings, Commercial and Financial Centre.
