Types of Players who meet AFK player 

I remember going AFK in wasteland near the huge pipe and came back seeing my skykid surrounded by flipped crabs and a torch as if I'm on a sacrificial shrine

Sometimes I think some afk people are not really afk... They're just pretending!! Because it's fun to watch what people are going to do with your sleeping child lmao.

Once I saw someone suddenly go afk in the polluted water (maybe some kind of emergency happened irl), and I stayed by them for a few minutes until they came back just deep calling so they wouldn't lose any winged lights. Thinking about it now there is a chance they did that on purpose to go capeless but it's probably more likely it was an accident.

If I had a nickel that weird things happen when I was afk, I’d have 2 nickels. More than 5 players dressed in Red just surrounded me, they all have the same red fox mask. *I was scared.* When I ask why, they just pop off. That’s it. One time in Hidden Forest, I had to afk for a long time, I didn’t find a shelter so I just kept loosing my light. When I came back, my cape charges are full, there was a lamp beside me. Legend say till this day I’ll never be able to thank him or her.

I put a pillow under their heads if they're laying down and just keep an eye on them for a wee bit lol

As someone who’s taken literal naps while afk in sky I am concerned

I'm the one who puts stuff on them like tables or spotlights xD

U forgot the people that put props all over them i am one of those people

Whenever I see an afk skykid, I just do everything I can to stay away from them or try not to make too much noises when I'm near them 'cause they might be near their phones with high volume while doing something else or is actually sleeping and they might get startled by the sounds in game

For the times I’ve been afk I’ve either had people use their lap as a headrest, sleep next to me while going afk themselves or placing the fox plush next to me. The time with the fox plush I kept going in and out of afk, each time I looked back at my screen the fox was in a new position. I found it cute but I couldn’t see the person who kept placing it.

I just like to sit down and play music for them. It just makes me happy to see them so calm :>

I’m the one that puts a cushion down their heads so they sleep well, and I also stay with them for a while to make them sum company

AFK'ing is just a whole different experience when playing Sky. Story Time: There was a moment I needed to go to the bathroom so I sat my little Moth butt down at the beginning of the forest and walked away. Coming back I was surrounded by other Moths and one Ikemen trying to shoo them away.

Then there’s types of people who afk. Like the ones who afk right in front a two-player door. And you honk at them endlessly to help you but they never answer.

I remember when I was afk listening to nature sounds in Home at night, and when I looked back at my phone someone had put down that prop from star collector that creates blue stars around it. So wholesome

I was honking stepping on one and when they returned they caught me and acted angry 😂

i once afk'd in the forest because something came up and I had to leave suddenly, and came back to find two people put an umbrella over me and where having a whole conversation over my snoozing body like. Thank you. Bless you. And then server kicked them out

i saw a moth go afk in the rain and since i was still sorta new, but knew what going afk looked like, without anything to protect them with i.. *_starts honking agressively_*

I went afk once, and it disgusted me to find someone spamming an emote that made it look..... well you get the idea

I once went afk in the Isle of Dawn and this moff that was following me around just sat next to me and waited. I came back to them trying to figure out what happened to my character and it was really funny. I pretended to be afk for a bit more and they just continued to be chaotic lol. Eventually I did begin to play again and it was fun lol

Lmao 🤣 omg yes I see all kinds of weird crazy hilarious things players do while I'm AFK 😂 I seriously thought about recording them for a AFK compilation video of the things sky kids do while others are afk & they think we ain't watching hehe Some places I purposely afk for the asmr sounds while I'm reading 📚😌 or meditating 🧘‍♀️ the forgotten ark is one of my fav places & hidden forest 😁

im the kind of sky kid that would put the bookshelf on them and aggressively honk, playing loud instruments waiting for them to wake up

I play a lullaby then, after I finished playing it on repeat, I join them

When I get an instrument in Sky that sounds good to me I'd play them a lullaby- Sometimes I get my pillow and put it below them so they're skykid is all nice and comfy :D

i'm the "playing lullaby" one XD I play with someone who have to be afk multiple times in a run so I thought I will have to play lullaby to them XD The last time I did that, a bunch of players came to our location to be afk during my lullaby session XD

I met someone who went afk underwater, and kept losing winged lights every once in a while because they were out of air. Also, i mistakenly went afk in forest once; i thought i was underneath a structure but was off a bit. Came back to someone deep calling and trying to help me after losing about 25 winged light qwq

I once made it look like my sky kid was sleeping while watching the scenery in the season of enchantment area, some person comes up to me offers their candles, so I obliged and lit them. They then just lay next to me and moved every few moments…. This was a ikemen looking person, so I am just sitting there, thinking about how this is all veterans/rich players do in sky. Mildly interesting moment in my life.

When at home and I see an afk player I would usually get the pillow and put it under them so that their resting well :] Or just wait close to them and sit there watching them

I had to hold a candle over someone’s head once, because they went afk in the nasty water. I am not sure if they were faking afk to avoid me because they were annoyed that i kept falling off the plant (btw i was trying to help them destroy a plant for wax but we failed, probably cause of me falling off and the game making me jump 20ft against my will) but i held a candle over their head for like ten minutes until they woke up and ran away.
