here you will see me go through a typical week in my life during this fourth year. very productive in the most part since i enjoyed particularly what i was studying this week! but also being half out of my mind, most probably from the stress of a lot running through my mind. i'm still trying to process having a lot on my plate! i think it's making me stronger and more capable.

I’d like to share that I’ve had an emotional burnout lately and literally couldn’t get down to my work, everything was falling apart and I felt soo overwhelmed, but starting with today I’ve decided to change my whole routine and become productive again. Well, I’ve already done a lot of things, I still have many things to do today, but now, after I have found out that there’s a new Maria’s video, I can definitely say that this day is going to be special. (Hope that I’ll manage to return to my normal and productive routine). Thank you Maria for these absolutely wonderful and aesthetically pleasing videos! 🥺💜You never fail to motivate me!!

Past like three days were really stressful for me. I am studying at the faculty of education so for our like "practice subject thing" I had to teach 7th grade on tuesday... I've never done this before so I was so stressed about how it's gonna go, if they're going to cooperate and stuff like that. But I was preparing a lot for it, so it went well at the end, and couple of the chindren even said that they liked the day a lot so I am grateful for that. 😊✨

I’m sure you already know the answer, but as a fun fact to anyone else, at 5:20 the scale is like that because it’s not linear, it’s logarithmic, and you read it the way you normally would, the spaces are just not equal between the numbers :) Thank you for this vlog btw, it’s so calming! ☺️💕

ahh. thank you. this calms me down to an extent. i’m a pharmacy major and tomorrow- today, it’s almost two in the morning i have this huge pharmacotherapy exam and this whole week has just been overwhelming. this meant a lot! i’ve been procrastinating and it truly burns me out because i’m in a constant realization of how important these exams are to me. i’m going to rinse and go back to work. thanks once more. motivated me!

this was so relatable. my workload has been so heavy these past few days as finals season is hitting rn. for next week I have so many assignments and tests I have to do and then I have two final exams in may. I'm feeling really overwhelmed but at the same time I can't find any care for the work I have to do which sucks because it's all something that's taking up so much of my time yet I'm not enjoying any of it. I'm just trying to finish everything on time and that's all I'm thinking about rather than trying to learn something from it. today we had a holiday and I felt no motivation so I didn't do much and I feel like I completely wasted it. not only in terms of studying but also my hobbies, like drawing. I haven't been able to draw, write or read lately and it makes very sad:( I just really related to the train analogy. it feels like time is moving really fast and I'm not spending it the way I want to... anyway this was a long messy rant lol. I know in a week I'll be ok since things will calm down but I really had to get this off my chest 'cause I've just been pushing forward without really considering the way I feel. thank you for such a raw and beautiful video maria💞

I've been struggling with my mental health, like, a lot, somedays I'm so happy and motivated and others... I just don't find the motivation to even get out of bed. I do have professional help, but something that helps me a lot is to see and to realize that we all have our struggles and that even then, we can find something that keeps us going. i hope you can find something new in your environment to help you feel more renewed and excited! if you can't go to a library or quiet study space, a new tea or coffee brand helps me a lot! a new item of stationery once in a while, helps me feel excited too! make sure to clean your space too and have it well lit! i can relate a lot, but we can do this💗🧃 don't give up!
