Sorry about the delay, got the words straight from Justin! For the Kraken, paint the red with Mephiston Red then wash with Seraphim Sepia. Layer with Evil Sunz Scarley but make sure the paint is translucent. Finally, edge highlight with Wild Rider Red and do a fine dry brush of a bone colour, such as Ubshanti Bone only on the most noticeable edges. It is best to wash with Seraphim Sepia once the flesh colour and the red carapace are done, and also to do the final dry brush when flesh is finished too
Absolutely awesome battle report. The production quality was massive, everything from the voiceover, b+roll, editing, lighting, transitions, overlays. You guys are killing it! So much work and it all shows. The battlefield itself is insanely cool, I’m sure Claudio had some gripes about the bushes 😂 but it felt truly epic, well done. That Salamanders army is gorgeous, did Justin paint those as well?
