You don't expect a firefighter to not know how to put fire out. You don't expect a police officer to not know the law when dealing with the public. This is the recent 5 year recruitment drive on full show here. What an absolute embarrassment. Glad to know women like her are out there protecting us all. Pathetic.
@@bluenoserob4914 Complete bullshit. Every time there's someone "not British" in some way on these videos there are people who jump in to blame some vague foreignness for their behaviour, but the two PCSOs in this video behave exactly the same way as plenty of very British police and PCSOs do when they see someone with a camera. The only difference here is that two people have an accent. The problem isn't what weird police diversity quota they might be there to fill, it's that they're police. They are attempting to restrict the behaviour of the public, they will face no consequences for doing so, and that's what the police are actually for.
@@educatedfunnelweb Strawman argument, every case is judged on its own merit the evidence is in the camera doesn't lie. Basing your opposing view on what makes you comfortable with your conscience is meaningless.
I'm from Poland and public doesn't respect police at all. Police do a lot to make our lives harder there. They can't help you but if they can give you a ticket that is always the first option they will go for. They can even ask you for your ID without a reason and if you refuse they will take you to police station for obstructing police work. And now I see the same standards among Polish police officers in the UK. They treat public the same way as in Poland. Aneta and that pcso shouldn't be employed by the police if they don't know the British law. They treat members of a public as potential criminals.
Well sed ......our ghoul rogue police farce will literally employ any one 4ft fat women cops, sted heads , literally any one ...... U.ks finished a sess pit ........the e.u sed that they'd treat the u.k like dustbin for migrants
Since when did Police Staff (from abroad no less) have issue with public filming from a public location. She doesn't "think"... she said it correctly. She doesn't think. The PCSO was totally out of order too. Butthurt at your refusal to identify then lied to cause you more trouble. Should have just ignored them as they have zero right to even ask you what time of day it is. Perhaps in her home country they're used to locking people up for not identifying upon demand, but in the UK here we have freedom and rights. PCSO - please take another job as clearly this isn't for you.
That is one of the requirements that should be meet when applying to be a police officer either British or foreign . It all comes down to training if there trained to do there job this could of been avoided 👍
I watched a PCSO ordering a homeless man shouting at him abusing his power, as much power as a librarian, oh wish I had my camera rolling. love your videos, nothing better than correcting the people who think they are above you.
@@moodyguymick I would have given the guy a sandwich and a coffee, and asked that pcso what the hell is he doing, and, showed him up in public, most of these goons don't know the law, get rid of pcso's, period,
The problem with that PCSO is, since she's been demoted from dinner lady, she misses the fact that she can't boss the kids around anymore. Probably let the tapioca go cold or something. So, now she's out on the street, cluttering up the pavements instead. Chocolate and teapots spring to mind for some reason.
There's nothing wrong with cold tapioca, particularly if it has been made properly...! Also, I prefer my chocolate toasted, so I will opt for a chocolate fireguard...!! 🤪🤣
@@TheHookahSmokingCaterpillar Apologies Hookah, I hadn't thought of it that way and was to quick to associate dinner ladies with PCSOs. But I couldn't think of a good analogy with regards to amoebas or something that you might stand in whilst walking your dog.
A sign of the times I’m afraid, foreigners laying down the law. Good audit, liked the comment about the library, she understood that alright! Hilarious
So she believes being compared to a Librarian is an insult. The minimum requirement to be a Librarian is a Batchelor's Degree. For a PCSO? No formal qualifications required.
This is embarrassing beyond belief, luckily neither of these two have the authority to be able to detain anyone or they'd be locking people up left , right and centre.
@@koshvorlon8132 detaining someone is assault, using force to detain anyone is assault and battery and can result in charges for those offences. The chances of the police bringing charges against them is remote and they know this. However, the only thing from preventing a private prosecution is the vast sums it would cost.
She is as dim witted and thick as two planks of wood! Hasn't got a clue, and regardless where they come from the lot of the UK police is CORRUPT TO THE CORE!
It was not that she could not answer your question about breaking the law, she just plain REFUSED to answer you. She knew that you were not violating the law.
2020 Cost of u.k Police forces totalled £21 Billion 66% from Home Office budget, covering everyones general taxes & 34% comes from local council Tax. So at £21 billion & rising we need to know what the hell we are paying for & whether its being spent wisely
The case law in relation to police being offended was set in Nov 2011 by Justice Bean. It was a small but significant victory for free speech. Look it up.
Just to clarify, threatening arrest when you have not broken any law is a threat of violence against you by forced illegal incarceration ergo mental violence. If they put you in cuffs it is a battery
It is not about "terrorism", or any ethereal threats. It's about punishing you for auditing them, and how they will choose to abuse their powers in order to do so.
There is NO terrorist threat to police stations - there hasn't been an a terrorist attack on a mainland police station for almost 50 years - March 8th 1973! A failed bomb outside New Scotland Yard!
It is not about "terrorism", or any ethereal threats. It's about punishing you for auditing them, and how they will choose to abuse their powers in order to do so. ============ So what would be fun, have counter terrorism's number on your phone. They raise it you say OK, lets call them. I've their number here. ie. Call the bluff.
there is a degree of irony on this page that the level of English of some here (not your good self, though it should be 'what they were saying') is really not that great - 'said' is not spelt 'sed' and of course the Daily Mail and YT is full of comment aboui people crossing our 'boarders' (sic).
You should realise that any time you pass anywhere there is a gate with a "private" yard beyond you should avert your eyes and under no circumstances look at anything in that yard - if by any chance you happen to see anything you should immediately go home, lie down and forget everything you have seen. Solid, opaque gates or barriers would negate the need for all of this worry.
Gets a sergeant or something higher in a sergeant down here to tell her the law she is opening and mouth and making a fool of herself and the members of the public
Very well done young man, I can’t imagine what motivates anyone to become a pcso other than a need for authority. A terrible idea to police on the cheap and should be scrapped, bargain basement policing by bargain basement people
I don't think it helped that the two PCSO's are immmigrants. There's a cognitive dissonance for them, because they are making a career move in a nation where policing has traditionally been 'by consent'. Whereas policing is much more authoritarian in its nature where they are from.
Certainly in places like Spain, i think many Brits fail to realise that back chatting a member of the Guardia Civil (or doing the much loved 'you cant touch me' dance) may result in learning the Spanish for baton pretty quickly (porra or bastón btw)
40 odd years ago,the cameraman would have gotten his camera broken as well as being beaten up by the police-all done by white Brits. Oh & policing with consent was around back then too. In other countries, they haven’t bent over backwards to appease people, like Britain does.
@@MarineAqua45 I know policing was done by consent forty years ago, that's why I said 'traditionally'. And for sure, bad things did happen forty, even thirty, years ago by white Brits in an overwhelmingly 'white Brit' police force. And still do. I definitely think you're right though, the bend-over-backwards appeasement doesn't happen so much in other places as it does in Britain. Why that has come to be, I'd like to know.
@@vanpallandt5799 :) Absolutely I was raised and educated in Spain, Franco was still alive when I was young, I'm English. I Spain the police tell you what you can or cannot do. Very different from what it's meant to be here. Many of the Guardia Civil are just corrupt junkies.
To paraphrase, 'If you want to know the character of a person, give them power'. So many of our police force lack any sort of moral character and, are nothing but bullies.
I hear that Brexit has caused a serious shortage of Circus clowns. Thanks to you, Plodders, UK circuses are saved! You've revealed yet another 2 moronic plastics that the Circus should snap up. Crackin' audit once again & a big thank you from Oop Noth. :)
If it wasn't so serious it would be laughable! £1 shop policing, no wonder they are ridiculed and loathed and despised! The WPC is no more knowledgeable about policing than the pretend police officer! Thank goodness for people such as yourself who can defend themselves verbally whilst remaining calm & know the actual law whilst most of the police officers do not!!! And they wonder why they have lost all respect? 👍
When the senior officer came out it would have been a good idea to press him to educate his junior officers and especially that pcso about demanding i.d. etc.
It didn't take long for the Terrorism legislation to be completely misused (as is usual). It is perfectly legal to video a Police station as it is any other building, and certainly doesn't warrant the number of Police it took to ascertain that. I give the Police an F.
Bad enough having English police not knowing the law ..... but having foreign police officers in the UK not knowing the law takes the fecking biscuit FFS !!!!!
In every single case of police interaction that I have watched, as soon as you guys point out that a law has been broken by PCSO's, other officers or members of the public (i.e. false reporting) , the plods just ignore this and carry on with their diatribe.....
They really demonstrate they have clear issues comprehending the law. There should be better training or vetting to make sure they don't struggle with it.
Seriously?? this guy is NOT good. It's like a an AI robot analyzed RU-vid audit videos for .2 seconds and then spat out what it "thought" was relevant. A bunch of generic responses that it has "learned". embarrassing.
Audits? Don't make me laugh. He films in areas that he knows might cause problems or friction and whines that he has the right to film in public. If I was at that police station perhaps I don't want to be filmed but this pathetic idiot doesn't care. He is just a sad loser. He should try and get a girlfriend. Maybe a sex life could change his creepy ways.
What does her nationality have to do with anything? Let's not go down this road please. Stupid is stupid but it has nothing to do with nationality. As I recall, the English went around the world trying to tell other countries what to do
I understand and I agree that she is crap but there is no need to bring her nationality into it. I'm a foreigner. Ive lived here for 22 years and I know the law better than 95% of the UK population, why? Because I had to study it and I work in a field which means I have to use it regularly. A person's nationality has nothing to do with their understanding of the law
A few years ago I was working away and luckily my missus was on a trip to France with her mum and dad anyway we got burgled after my neighbour called police as the thieves broke into her garage first she heard them and called it in not a single copper showed …. See these audit videos and how many turn up disgraceful
All 3 of the classics, Plod. 1: total avoidance of a straight question. 2: the, "I'm not going to argue with you" card and 3: calling you rude for not complying with her wishes. It seem as if these are the responses taught to them very early in their careers and it doesn't bode well for future police and public interactivity. Good luck, fella👍
The thing is, as you said, you were not being rude telling her she was nothing more than a librarian. You are insulting the librarians because they would very easily look up the law and answer your question! “No, you’re not breaking the law.” So the librarian would actually be smarter than this make-believe lady in blue. You actually complemented her. 🌺
