@@adamfreeman2348 Any other job and you have to account for your time, even visiting the loo. These people account for none of theirs and that is why they commit crimes even doing the job. No accountability, they do what they want to do. Their job is all on trust but we know we cant trust them. Too busy fiddling.
They only feel alarmed and distressed that they can't manhandle people, rough them up and charge them with offences they haven't committed or they've instigated. In the old days before smartphones were a thing that's what they did if they thought they could get away with it.

The gun toting midget cop who said - "dont touch me" used the oldest dirty trick in the book in oreder to get his hands on the auditor. It is a craft snide trick used by police and others with such power. The mental state of that cop with a gun must be looked into. He is on record as having a wierd state of mind. And he has a gun.
That first cop is a snowflake of the highest order. I doubt his capability to interrogate a criminal is very high. He couldn't believe that you would have the audacity to stand up for yourself
A big police station / offices / training place was build in South Liverpool (Speke, the old airport site) and I think that it was AB who filmed it and they weren't happy bunnies.

The cop in the opening sequence has climbed the slippery promotion pole to reach dizzying heights. This left precious time to study the law and codes of conduct. He can though pride himself that he is in charge of light bulbs and toilet rolls for floors 1 and 2. 😂

The employment contract needs to be changed for these individuals. Instead of just suing the police force, which ends up being paid out of taxpayer’s money. Each individual needs to be liable too. A movement needs to be set up to bring this into force. I for one would join this movement. Because I believe it would stop the majority of these tyrants. Not all, but most. Lets get it going.
The threshold is much higher for Police employees, to become harassed, alarmed and distressed. Tried very hard to escalate and push Plod into pushing him away.
@@TaxingIsThieving not much at all. We were all lied to. When you and I drive or walk down the street and see squads and cops, we ASSUME they are there for a very good reason. Most of the time that aren’t.
The threshold is irrelevant, if you feel alarmed and distressed from somebody performing a legal activity then that is your problem. Filming isn’t antisocial, isn’t illegal, isn’t a public order offence. They should be talking to the people who are distressed and telling them to deal with their own issues.
Why is it that police can use the excuse that they’re being alarmed harassed and distressed? What about when they cause us harassment, alarm and distress? Can we have them arrested? No of cause not!
That officer who accused him of touching him was practically _begging_ to be even slightly glanced so that he could beat the cameraman to within an inch of his life.
Next time please ask them what abusive, threatening or disorderly behaviour is causing the harassment, alarm and distress - that's the issue not whether they feel it or not. They cannot criminalise a legal activity protected by the human rights act.
I was harrassed by a mental health patient for a year, the police said it was civil offence, eventually they arrested me on her false statements, charged me and prosecuted me, I lost my home, I was innocent, the woman got sectioned after the case.
They were all just so awful. The fellow who stood so close to you and then claimed you touched him is so typical. That is his opportunity then to pounce and arrest you and say he was defending himself. So slimy. How do they sleep at night, Rhetorical, of course.

If you are ever told someone has said they are alarmed, harassed or distressed, ask plod that they better have a log number or it will be a false report made up by plod to get their own way. It is settled case law from 2011 that serving police and staff cannot be alarmed, harassed or distressed by carrying out their duties, the same as swearing.
Embarrassment to the force, filming in public can not be construed as causing, harassment, fear or alarm. Those two 🛎 ends were trying it on to intimidate you into moving on.
If a police officer claims "alam & distress" just because they see a bloke with a video camera, they're definitely too soft and sensitive to be in the police in the first place. They should get a job in a hairdressers or something. Why are the police actually employing people so soft and sensitive?

I'm older generation. I can remember being approached by the police back in the 1970s. To describe their behavior was like having two vicious barking dogs at me. I was afraid of them, and I was shaking.

To cause harrasement alarm and distress you have to use threatening and or abusive language or hold a threatening and abusive sign. The specific wording is very important when it comes to sections of acts. So filming and filming alone would not be harrasement alarm and distress.
When they refuse to identify upon the first request: "You're being detained under section 24A of PACE because I reasonably suspect you are impersonating a police officer" Simple.

Absolutely beyond belief that the feelings police are apparently alarm and distressed by a man conducting a legal activity by filming in public. Peacefully filming in public doesn’t meet the criteria of a public order offence unless the person filming is using threatening/abusive words, and/or their behaviour is disorderly. No wonder fewer actual crimes are solved when the police tyrants waste public money/resources dealing with non crimes☹.

I’d have the last guy for Boxing Day. I mean he was a bit pushy but he didn’t arrest you, and he did buzz off within 5 minutes. I’d listen to him saying “That’s understandable” all night. Just about the least risky but agreeable thing you can say to anything.

I watched this video through gritted teeth and could feel my blood pressure rising. Absolutely shameful behaviour from these three Nazi cops, determined to drive a non-crime into an arrestable offence and attempting to serve their own version of law. In particular, the fool wearing the face mask and baseball cap deserves a complaint. This is how low Policing has sunk in the UK.
With number two in your video, you could call 999 and report someone as "Any person who with intent to deceive, impersonates a member of a police force or special constable" etc. under section 90 (2013) of PACE. As he has failed to show you his warrant / designation card but tried to enforce a law upon you. When "real police" in uniform arrive you can ask them to confirm his identity. You may be entitled under the rule of "citizen's arrest" to detain him until the "real police" arrive. Just a suggestion.
They hate it when the public don't back down to the tyranny. How can a person standing in plain view with a camera be hostile recording ? I don't like the establishment invading my privacy by recording my daily activities on a day to day basis but I don't have a choice. The Police can't stand the camera being turned on them unless it is highly edited to make a cheap TV program showing them as the heroes.
