Police said that Tyre was stopped for a traffic violation and he resisted arrest ramp at the police car causing the police madness. The police dragged him off the vehicle, and he ran away again. The police handcuffed him and beat him as shown in the video.

Not to be negative.., but I watched the video…Tyre did not comply with any directive in the initial arrest, he was combative and uncooperative the whole time. Tyre resisted the whole time, they told him to lay on his stomach before any violence, he absolutely refused to do it.., then he takes off running with 5 or more policemen there, not smart, now they have to chase him down.., now the arrest has turned into whole different level and this is the outcome!!! Why, because a running man trying to escape police custody automatically make you a danger to society and a grave danger to policemen involved.. IT IS TYRE who unnecessarily escalated this whole situation.., in my humble opinion! Listen.., we ask the police to deal with people none of us want to deal with, it’s a very dangerous job! If the public has no respect for the police to the place where no one is complying with orders during an attempted peaceful arrest or a routine stop.., then that makes a policeman’s already dangerous job terrifying! At this rate.., we will not have anyone who wants a police job and criminals will be running wild terrorizing everyone!
