IN NOT GOING TO PUT 100% ON THE OFFICER. HOWEVER WHEN YOU'RE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC AND YOUR SWORN OATH IS TO UPHOLD THE LAWS OF THE STATE REGARDLESS OF WHAT OCCURED DURING A TRAFFIC STOP THE NEED TO TAKE IT THAT FAR IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. YEAH, HILL COULD HAVE BEEN MORE RESPECTFUL DURING THE KNOCKING ON THE WINDOW. HOWEVER, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER AMERICAN CITIZEN RICH OR POOR, HAS THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT HAND OVER ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND CAN ROLL YOUR WINDOW BACK UP. IT WAS A TRAFFIC STOP. IF HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE HIM WITH RECKLESS DRIVING THEN HE SHOULD HAVE MADE IT KNOW THAT HE WAS PLACING HIM UNDER ARREST FOR RECKLESS DRIVING. THE OFFICER RECORD SHOWS THAT THIS IS A REGULAR ISSUE ACCORDING TO HIS EMPLOYMENT HISTORY 4-5 DAY SUSPENSIONS 1-10 DAY SUSPENSION AND 1-20 DAY SUSPENSION. HIS RECORD REFLECTS HIS ACTIONS. THE NEXT ONE MAY NOT MAKE IT.
