@@lindacline1428 they didn’t do that here, that was the civil trial and civil trials are ran different. You are confusing facts from another trial. That’s not done in a criminal trial with a jury etc. Remember, criminal trials are beyond a reasonable doubt so there’s a process civil trials is more likely than not you did something it’s not beyond a reasonable doubt so they rule on those differently. Unless you meant metaphorically like in the court of public opinion…

For them to gag him is legit if it pertains to witnesses or jurors, not a judges' daughter that has made 93 million dollars on this case alone that will be used to further people like Adam Schiff. It's a direct conflict with the judge Merchan being a Democrat donor and his daughter a direct DNC campaign official. They have gag a defendant from talking about things that do not directly have anything to do with the case.

Why hasn’t anyone pointed out that Trump did nothing to help his “patriots” from the Jan. 6 insurrection? It was totally within Trump’s pardon powers to pardon all of the people at the Capitol building. They could have been saved the cost of lawyers, the lose of their jobs, the hardship for their families, and having to go to prison. Three previous presidents have pardoned people before they were arrested or charged or convicted of crimes. Ford and Bush pardoned Nixon and Casper Weinberger. And Carter pardoned thousands of draft evaders with a blanket pardon. And that pardon ended all investigations by the Justice Department into the lives of thousands of people. So, why didn’t Trump even try to help those people? They went to stop the certification of the vote on Trump’s orders. Yet, he wouldn’t even sign a piece of paper to save them?
