Not sure who said this would give the suns a ring but obviously they need a true PG who doesnt need the ball much or to score much himself, also they got monte morris now as a backup if im not mistaken. Although yes id prefer them start a bigger PG next to booker but they screwed themselves getting beal when they already have a 2- if beal was taller it wouldnt be an issue playing him at the 3 (he is strong tho, just not tall lol)
Seems like a lot of pressure to get it done thus year. Jones and Morris are likeley moving on after year one. How much salary and draft capital will they have to dump just to open up the taxpayer exception. Expecting a new coach to make a difference i have to see to believe. I just wonder how coachable their stars are. As an outsider it seems that they have a tendency to tune out and swap out coaches pretty frequently.
Most of his value will be on display in the first 5 minutes of the game (if he's starting) and the first 6-7 minutes of the 4th. That's basically where the bulk of their turnovers and poor directionless possessions came from last season. They lost 10+ double digit leads going into the 4th if i remember correctly. He's there to manage possessions and hit an open jumper
Starting power forward? Did the Suns trade KD? KD's a 6'11 forward btw, some argue he's 7ft. The only thing ur right about is a bigger starting wing but that's why they drafted Ryan Dunn, hopefully he develops a shot so that he will be servicable
