U He Diva 10 midi tracks, cpu i7 16 gb ram & works fine 

People think that U-he Diva eats a lot of CPU - Not True !
Loaded 10 midi tracks with U-He Diva
put 1 or 2 plugins on each midi track A comp and an eq
1 audiotrack for a drum-loop
put 3 plugins on the master out/bus
with 16 GB DDR 3 & i 7 cpu
i hade penty of memory and cpu left to add plugins or to add vocals to a cubase project
diva cpu ram resources hungry - not
diva hard on cpu and ram - not
