Great reaction 🔥 One bar I love that im not sure you caught - "thats a prayer from my grandma.. I ain't phoned and said 'a change gone come', thats what Sam sung." Sam Cooke - a change is gonna come / Samsung phone. Ghetts is a legend and has evolved even further in the last few years. You can't go wrong with more Ghetts, the others mentioned - Kano, Skepta also behemoths in the UK. Keep up the great reactions 🙏

I would not be surprised if Wretch ghostwrites for a few famous rappers over here. In terms of lyrical ability I'd put him ahead of Akala. Wretch is poetry, Akala is facts.

Ghetts was first. Hamza was the female voice. Then wretch was the one you thought it was he was just on the hook with a more melodic sound on this one. And yeah you knew Dave. Please dive into more Ghetts! His fire in the desert part 3 (fire in the booth) is a great place to start. Then his Daily Duppy 5 mill subs. Quick piece of info that will help with some bars he started off in about 2004 as Ghetto. Changed his name to Ghetts and his real name is Justin. He uses his real name in wordplay alot.
