Thanks for your help rebuilding my DA aquamaster, followed your instructions and it worked like a charm. I also 3D printed a tool to put in the HP spring and seat in, loosely copied your son in laws design. Thanks again for the help!!!

Thank you for this pair of videos. Used them to completely tear down and rebuilt an Aqua-Master from the late 50s and it works fantastic now.

an improvement over the "C" clips is to use a band style collar to assemble both body halves. good tutorial.

I've been using vintage double hose for underwater filming for about 20 years. I've been very lucky. There's a local salvage company that also uses double hose and I've kept a couple in good order. I just came into a bit of a treasure trove. 8 very nicely put away US Divers of various models and years from the family of an old diver here in Nova Scotia. Adding this to the 8 half built or half baked ones I have around the house I've got some work to do. This video series, coming along at exactly the right moment, has inspired me to get into doing this for myself. The only thing I wasn't clear on in the video is the adjustment gauge. Where did you get it? How is it hooked up? Also finding really hard to navigate the two shops to find the complete service kit that you had. And links or directions appreciated.

Great video , thank you. Will the regs fit on a modern day K valve on a standard aluminum tank. I suppose I could only fill the tank to low pressure level, not 3k psi.

Definitely saving these clips ,very well done I’ve thought about doing my own service on my regs but always had someone else do it ,may have to get some different tools but you’ve shown me that it’s not that bad. How long in the vinegar mixture would you say is good if you don’t have a machine like yours, great job
