I bought this one just one month before the big flood in Auckland after searching and wanting for decades!! However, my luck had it and it was damaged my water... I tried to restore as much as I could. Every time I see the water stain on the box, I feel very sad but the kit itself is okay.

Thanks Sean! About 300 toys had water damage. Some hopelessly and some not too bad. I am still working on some of them, HaHa! You too enjoy your day my friend!

Great stuff. My collection building nicely now. Would prefer an M177 Commando instead of the M16 tho. Have managed to grab an AK now as well as the pistol collection.

Oh it also breaks my heart seeing the water damage on your collection especially the Six Million Dollar Nan items. 😢😢😢. Not fond of guns though I’ve fired an M16 during our military training which is something wasn’t fond off 😂 Awesome collection ❤

Hum.... How many Naan you can buy with Six Million Dollars?? 🤣🫓🫓🫓🫓 Yes, a few SMDM rare boxes were damaged and I am so sad each time I see them. I asked someone in the States to find them but no reply... Well, such is life. I still having nightmares on the day.

I did my best to preserve the kit as much as original condition but those watermark cannot be fixed... 🥲

@@TheQuirkyGarage1999 I know that model. I built it when I was a kid. AMT car kits are nice - not as good as Tamiya or other brands but their proportions are. For old vintage car kits, I love Monogram. Ah... Memories~
