Well, this is where I've been for the past few months.. 24 others and I were sent out to Vietnam to construct a 2 room school house. the catch was that we only had till the end of august to get it done before we had to leave. the video commemorates the hard work and accomplishment my colleagues and i accomplished I hope you enjoy watching it and I will talk to you guys in the next video!!

Y'all represented the Seabees well with this project. And, in all places, Vietnam. Truly, winning hearts and minds. I went to A school in Port Hueneme. Was stationed in Gulfport, MS, NMCB 7.

An appointed ambassador talks policy. It's the ones who aren't appointed who relate a country's spirit, live it, demonstrate it, and share it. Those kids have a good, solid school to grow up in thanks to your team. As an American I thank you for being a representative of our people's friendly and charitable nature and steadfast resolve when abroad.

Did a similiar thing in cameroon back in 86 with nmcb 4.mixed all the concrete by hand with shovels.about 8 of us.hardest i ever worked but also the most rewarding thing i did in my many yrs in the bees.the beer and pot in africa were awful .no piss tests when youre in the middle of a african jungle lol

Could you tell me more about your experience? Like how long were the working hours? Also did you deploy more to work on bases or humanitarian projects (schools, hospitals etcs)? Thanks for the reply.
