On January 15th, Tucson Village Farm celebrated its 10th anniversary by hosting the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. Over 100 AmeriCorps members from Arizona national service programs, AmeriCorps alumni and hardworking community members got to work planting, prepping materials, painting and more! Their impact will be felt for years to come by those who visit the farm. It reminds of the importance of service and encourages us to unify, care, help and appreciate one another in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life and legacy.
