Great video, keep them coming! Audible, Podcasts (The rest is History, various overland stuff), spot of music if I'm in the mood. You need some decent mapping if you're gonna keep doing this lark though 😅
APE was one of my early Insta follows too. No other UK builder doing that level of class 🤘 Think I had the same parkup location from Matt when collecting my under body protection too. Ace vid as usual mate.... winch looks good 👍
Interesting looking at thermal camera in pop top. I was having similar problem with heat loss.absolute must thermal pop top wrap & windscreen cover. I’m experimenting with a small plastic chimney going from heater outlet to pop top directly & working fantastic . Hope this might help you.
great video as always, I would recommend a fishing sleeping bag from trakker or fox, there fleece lined and awesome in winter. Need to get a skid plate as foxes keep eating my add blue sensor apparently quite common. Have a great xmas
What ha ha ha. They hooked on adblue or something?? I have a really good sleeping bag…. That I left at home. Ha. But would be nice if when I pop my head out I didn’t get a cold nose ha
@@urbanarkoverland now and again but I’m more of a 90’s early 2000’s listener. Rave, dance, techno and hardstyle. There’s nothing really new nowadays that competes to those days unfortunately it’s like it’s lost there roots. I do like podcasts and bagpipes etc and being able to download all that on the home WiFi prior to leaving.
Loving this content. Fast becoming one of my favourite subs. PS any tips on how I can convince her indoors that it’s OK to sell my perfectly functional tyre table to upgrade to one of yours? I’m gonna need more than it looks cool….
Ha ha ha ah. Did you like the blog. It’s bombing at the moment. Getting good feedback though. It’s different. It shows me for a few episodes etc. re table. Is there any way of not telling her???
@@urbanarkoverland loved the blog although it may end up costing me money… Now I think I need underbody protection thanks to you! I have bottomed out before even with a 35mm lift and big BFG's so it’s probably sensible. I might just do the front like you and leave the diff and adblue plates for weight and cost reasons!
@@mikelambrou4462 mate seriously. That plate is bolt on and well worth it. Sounds like you drive yours. Would you be interested in a day in that quarry. Literally can pick and choose. @bugoutvehiclesuk is looking at doing some pay and play group stuff 👍🏻
@@urbanarkoverland I think not telling her is the best option. It could backfire though like the time she insured my mountain bike for what I told her I paid for it which went badly when it got nicked….
Hi Aidan loving the new video, I've been busy also this week I now have a bravo snorkel on my t6.1 and I now have a front runner rear ladder and a full size spare wheel carrier fitted to my tailgate. Absolutely love the winch . Any clues on prices 🤟
Hi mate. As I read this getting lots of notifications with your name on it on Facebook. Don’t know how to use it. Do send updates on insta though mate. Love following builds. I’m still waiting for the invoice but when I spoke to Matt initially. It wasn’t silly money. Like…. Ok I know I’m not gonna use it all the time but at that cost I have to have it. Reach out to him mate 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Aidan that I will ,it certainly does look the part ,on the likelihood that I get stuck on a campsite lol how cool would it be to get my winch out lol hold my beer 🤪
Do you mind me asking if you had to upgrade the gas struts for the spare wheel holder? I have the Front Runner ladder already and about 10 kilos of kit stored inside the tailgate and as the cold weather kicks in the struts are already struggling to hold the tailgate up!
