I tried this today in mini bundt cake. It was soft and moist, and the only thing I want to change next time would be the vanilla and sugar. A little too much for me, I think 1 teaspoon of vanilla is enough

I have made my 1st Ube cake and I just made it plain without frosting but my family especially my almost 2 year old grandchild says the cake is yummy, I was so proud I baked it well, made 9 cupcakes and 2 kiki rectangular cake.... thanks a lot and having an idea of blending it with another recipe ... hope I can make it and thank you kuya boyet for sharing this recipe I really love it...

Sponge or chiffon cakes ay yung mga fluffy at malambot na mga cakes. Parang mamon. Sila yung hinihiwalay ang egg whites sa egg yolks. Dense cakes, sila yung regular cakes na ginagamitan ng baking powder and/or baking soda. Mas mabigat at compact sila in texture
