This is what they said. Hi Earvin, This is Mike from Turo. I am a Senior member of the Executive Support Team. We thank you for your interest in Turo. I’m reaching out with an update about your account. Multiple issues have come to our attention. This is including but not limited to listing a fleet from a dealership, drivers license requirements not met, as well as other policy violations. - Turo Terms of Service - To confirm, hosts in all countries must have a valid driver's license, as seen here. Given these violations of our Terms of Service, we’ve restricted your vehicles and your account will be banned. - All in-progress trips can continue, but guests won’t be able to extend. - We've canceled upcoming trips that start in more than 72 hours. - You won’t be paid out for any in-progress and future non-canceled trips until 72 hours after your last trip. We expect that you’ll abide by the Terms of Service to ensure completion of all in-progress trips. Should you violate any of the Terms of Service or Turo policies, we won’t pay you for the in-progress trips when they’re completed. Removal from Turo is never personal. Thank you for taking the time to read this email. Kind regards, Mike Executive Support
