This is outdated it's 2021 I don't see no clipboard I'm trying to stop rides that keep coming in when I'm driving a passenger it gets really annoying

Nope. The main use is to turn Uber pool into an UberX. You have limited amount of those, so use them wisely. In slow areas or something, where you can only catch a pool. Shouldn't take pools otherwise.
