Whats a certificate of currency? That doesnt exist here. All you need is an RE Opens licence, and the usual stuff for signing up. Cant be on a Provisional thats why there are not many motorbike riders. Most have scooters under 50cc to use on a car licence.

In Sydney you need NSW licence. Other states are may be different. I heart Melbourne accepts overseas licence.

Hi mate, I think Uber eats doesn't pay GST. I do my tax with the tax agency. I recommend talking to some agency or ATO. Avoid possible fines in the future.
