Considering how Spartans were, that's probably the biggest compliment they can give to Non-Spartans.

@@resellex5091 Welp, back in 2003 when US invaded Iraq after Afghanistan invasion, they were talking about Invading Iran (former Persia, as depicted in this movie) and a lot of hard rhetoric against Iran came out plus soft power manipulations like 300! In Iron man 1, Tony flies to south of Iran and annihilates a bunch of their military forces or for example the display of savagery in Persepolis (2007), there many other examples! It is not a new thing to show US forces absolutely whoop floor with mid-eastern dudes and militia (like True Lies 1994) however, in these movies and some other similar ones the focus was on Iran and we know what Francis Fukuyama was preaching about Liberal Democracies back then!
