​@jesusoldcarflipper7168ok that's interesting. Never heard of that strategy. Were you also on the premier platform when doing that as well? Was this during the summer "slow" season? How long ago was this cause I heard that rates are way lower these days compared to about a year ago as well.

@@chernp66 I am the same user I was talking about over 3 years ago I believe it was during spring break and uber was allready taking over 50% when it gets busy in Miami Broward Palm Beach after 1pm would always have the next passenger lined up before you dropped the one in your car back then I had a prius no premier over $1500weekly in aprox 40 hr I know sometimes of year its hard to make $100 in a day I just bought a 2021 Tesla Model 3 (iMO it sucks for uber) its paid off no paymets ex Hertz rental now in Fort Myers qualifies for premier but only got 1 premier in one month in Fort Myers is dead until December that snow birds come down from Michican & Ohio mostly meantime not worth going out drive for peanuts, 3 years back I was in Kendall during spring break used the destination filter to give rides way north to the address example Mar o Lago (Trump Estate) West Palm Beach east of i95 so that would keep me going one dirrection North avoiding getting caught in Downtown short rides bs traffic I would try be in Palm Beach by rush hour wich better traffic at rush hour then use Destination filter back South to South Miami Dadeland Mall example its on the way to MIA Airport and also to Downtown Miami almost daily I would kill the day with a whopper ride from West Palm or Broward to Miami Airport or Downtown Miami if not your still traveling one dirrection mostly avoid getting stuck shitty small ares that lock you up if you dont have destination on, so yea has to be busy and use destination to extreme far oppisite direction on a route where you know there is plenty of request like near I95 in Miami not I75 that will take you accross everglades to nowhere, the one negative thing is uber used to not pay the surges (keep for themselves I had 1 ride uber charged customer like 20bucks paid me $4 when destination filter was on but was still worth it. I beleive the worse places to get stuck is Miami Downtown Brickell and Miami Beach short rides with potential of getting stuck in heavy heavy traffic so also use destination filter to get out of those places and use extreme far away destination with popular places along the way to help get out of those jams also more potential for longer rides instead ofgetting stuck back where you where 1 mile away now going back again because didnt use filter..
