People underestimate uber but if you know what you are doing you can make bank. You don't have to worry as much abouut AR. Customers are more frienbly and tip better in my market
Just a heads up regarding the reimbursement from Uber. I’ve noticed that anything under $30 gets put right back into my earnings immediately after the order is completed. Anything over $30 takes about 2 days to get put back into your earnings. At least for me it does. I always use my card to pay and that’s what I’ve noticed. May vary from market to market and driver to driver I’d assume.
When you're registered for UE and the black card arrives, that card is for shop and pay orders only. The UE Pro Card is for order and pay offers because the money comes from your checking account. 🚗💳💰💲
Did 10 deliveries with Uber eats yesterday. In 7 hours I’m made 70 dollars, 46 dollars were in tips. Took a delivery today for 12 dollars. 5.75 was a surge. Expected tip 3.00. Still waiting for it. Be careful.
@@williamscanlon6539 I deliver in a wealthy college town and during the school year Uber Eats goes crazy. I still get decent orders during summer, just slower. Stack them apps, y’all. I’m up to 8 apps now. 😂💰
Have a question….. you ever think that Uber might see your video and see what you doing ( not accepting the order so you can get it with a higher paid) and di activated you??? Just giving a head up.
Uber does me the same way. I’ll decline and they’ll send it back until I accept. I picked up a package at Belk’s and delivered it 3 miles away for $40 last week.
Hey chuck! This is Hunter - I dash locally with you! I just wanted to say I’m sorry you got deactivated & the Starbucks here really is a horrible, wicked place. I got to the point where I do not accept any orders from them anymore at all.
@@DashingAcrossAmerica Forsure! I’ll be happy to see you around. I enjoy our conversations! I hope you’re doing well aswell!! When you’re on downtime, we all sit at the old chic-fil-a parking lot on our downtime!
I hear what you're saying about the marketing budget and all that but I don't think that's the case at all. I live in Charlotte and this is a pretty huge market and I would say more Uber Eats orders come through than doordash, sadly. I've gotten two of those 35$ base pays back to back, one had a tip on it so I got $81 from Taco Bell in an hour and some change. that area is not a small country bumpkin area either. It was awesome though. That was the Saturday of Cinco de Mayo weekend. I think I already told you about that I made like 276 in 6.5 hours. Biggest hourly average I've ever had. Uber really is a game changer man, I tell ya lol.
Oh man, this long-lost tune! 😆🎶 I updated my insurance with UberEats so I can start running it again. I haven't ran it for over a year, back when I was working in a larger town so maybe I'll get lucky and end up in your scenario in my smaller town and get some bangers like this!
Uber does this high pay when too many people have declined it so they’re willing to take the hit to get the food delivered or if the order has gotten canceled multiple times. This happens a lot in Miami Florida. Also when it’s raining and thundering Uber pays more because there’s less drivers around. I once had a $61 order for 4 miles in a major storm and Uber paid $53 of the $61, I’ve even seen it as high as $85.
@@B_Bodziak it happened last week and it happened to my friend in the past few days. The problem is Miami is over saturated now so it’s hard especially now in the summer.
@@B_Bodziak also Miami’s oversaturated with people renting accounts. Some of these people have 2 to 3 phones so it’s getting really hard but when it rains a lot, the roaches hide and that’s when I make the most money you have a lot of people in scooters and supposedly Uber gives them priority over people with cars, Uber and DoorDash really need to fix that problem but then again I don’t think they want to.
None of that. If there don't have drivers or if another driver messed up the price goes up with Uber. They do that if the Restaurants are about close too.
That's what Uber has to do always in your situation. They've done it before. Maybe you just didn't think it through. I have been in same scenario. There are other Uber drivers around here, but not many. I figure it has to be less than 5.
Order and pay is such a weird thing since the companies are basically saying all you don’t wanna work with us. That’s too bad we’re gonna make you have delivery anyways. 😂
Dang, but you’re still FIRED from Door Dash, Chuck. No more “Top Dasher 🥇” or “A R’s” to worry about, either. Us viewers can tell that it’s still bothering you because your overall AURA has changed. The smiling & acting like it’s still not bothering you is not GENUINE, Charles. We can all see it on your face & the way you’re trying to think of things to say while you’re driving. The continuous looking down @ the passenger seat @ the order while driving & trying to think of things to say…it shows, man. Trust me, it shows. Others won’t tell you, but I don’t bite my tongue or stutter. I shoot from the hip & I don’t sugar coat sh!t. I know you’re embarrassed that Door Dash TERMINATED your account & you still can’t believe it yourself, but it happened, man. You’re holding it all inside & not saying what you really feel about the situation. Let it out, man. Tell us viewers how you really feel. Holding that sh!t in is not good for you, bro. Dang, & no more “Steffens” either 😢. Get back to being the Charles that you use to be, because I’m not feeling this Charles.
And I see a much calmer Chuck. And he chats just like he does on the Lives, which I absolutely love. This is a retired high school teacher. DD game is evil. He delivers to stay busy, just like I used, so not worth the DD stress of the game. Now if it was a living for him, that would be different. My opinion is I actually enjoy his channel more now. But that is just me!
@milesj179 God bless you, buddy. may you find a positive outcome in life and stop rubbing salt. You are a classless act man. @Chuck, you looked more relaxed this video. That's what ubereats does, I guess. I felt relaxed when I started driving for ubereats as well. Keep it up and safe driving.
