The Ubiquitous V2.2 start at about $3500 USD or $4800 Canadian for a pair; Whereas the "Mini-Ubi's" are about $1635 USD - or $2199 Canadian. No, that's one I have not yet. I am actually hoping I'll come across a pair so that I can. I've always thought they looked really cool. My concern with omnipolar type designs has mostly been with the lack of focus. I find that they usually sound really cool (different) at first because of the soundstage; However, I grow to miss the more directional (obviously not natural) sound that box speakers make. The Schmidt Audio omnipolar, v.1, does a good job with creating focus. The v.2 speaker (white ones in the video) really take that focus to another level. I've really enjoyed listening to them.
