looking back these games it's still hard not to notice how physically impressive Alaina Coates was. I don't watch much wnba so I don't know how she's doing, but if there was ever a kid born with the post tools, it was her.
all these gorls are beast when it comes to the court!! uyou guys are truely my #1 fav team ever!!! I just got picked for the team at my school and was pulled over by two of the coaches when they aked for my name during shooting drills !! I wasn't at all that good with defense because I had never played a proper defense when I had practiced in recess games. I wish you all the best, weather facing hard challenges, going under depresing moments, kicking up a notch on training, ect. you'll always have me on your side, GO HUSKIES!!! :3 :)
Geno knew what buttons to push before this game. benching all his post players for lack of motivation just before they meet the best post team in the country. With 3 great looking freshman joining UConn this season it's going to be another incredible year
The upcoming Women Huskies will be an even Greater Juggernaut this seasin. With the Freshman class they have coming in,I see them playing whoever for the National Championship...now,that may sound a little premature of me being that the season hasn't begun,we haven't seen the rest of the college basketball world, nor do we know if this years team(UconnWomen)will be able to come together to even defend their title.Going on what Breanna Stewart said-"I came to Uconn to win 4(not 3)but 4 National Championships",and seeing her skills, along with Moriah Jefferson,Kia Nurse,Morgan Tuck...and Sonia Chung,Gabby Williams...Uconn will be defending their title again. #BRING IT ON!!!!!
Nah it was That USC team with Cheryl Miller, Cynthia Cooper, The McGee twins if the W was around back then about 9 players on that team would’ve been all stars.
Better crowd than the NBA. Ball looks a billions time smaller. Never seen WNBA, looks the same and all the people there are men. Haha. UCONN seems to be a dominating team.
AND YOU'RE NOT CID SON SO PLEASEE DON'T TALK TO THEM IN YOU'RE HEAD IF I'M NOT IN MY BODY OR SOMETHING!!! [PLEASE DON'T TALK TO HER AND SHOOT HER IN THE HEAD!!!!! AND CAN YOU PLEASE BE THERE FOR ME I'LL HAVE TO TALK TO YOU IN AWHILE ON YOU'RE PROFILE AND ASKED WHO SHE IS AND TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE ARE HORRIFYING AND DON'T TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE MIXED AND HAVE BIG BRAINS AND CAN'T EVEN CONTROL THEIR BRAIN FOR GOD DAMN IT!!!
YOU'RE ASKING WHO LEMMGETTIN IS AND SHE IIS TYPING THAT TIME IT'S MOOD SWING GOOD TO TYPE TO HER IS NOT MY THING SO PLEASE TALK TO HER LIKE YOU DO GO AWAY FROM ME I'M NOT IN A GOOD MOOD AND I'LL DON'T LIKE TALKING TO ASIAN PEOPLE AND BLACK AND WHITE INTO OTHER COLOR AND INTO OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE MIXED AND BLACK PEOPLE ARE HORRIFYING AND YOU DON'T MIXED WITH THAT ONE ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE.
If you watch most women's basketball, even at the WNBA level, you see a parade of missed lay-ups, 3 pointers and open shots wildly off more often then not, turnovers from soft lazy passing, slow sloppy play and a lack of consistency in basic basketball skills. Often it's barely watchable for a whole game. UConn's women's teams are forcing the women's game to mature and refine its athleticism, conditioning and execution. It's really the only hope the women's game has to broaden its audience and grow enough to survive in the ever more crowded sports landscape in the long run.
Stop making excuses. He's actually giving women more credit. Technically, women should be jumping out of the gym and draining 3s with no effort. #4 driving to the hoop at 1:24 is how I envision women basketball. Their bodies are built for that style and finesse. A powerful, athletic women is similar to watching a graceful cat. Look at the english she put on the ball at the end, sick! The problem with women basketball is that they're trying to mimic men. Their game should have nothing to do with men's basketball. If you look at tennis, volleyball, diving, gymnastics, any martial arts/MMA, swimming and skiing, to name a few, the explosiveness in those sports is a joy to watch. They should hire the trainers from these sports to develop their athletic abilities.
@@robertnicholls9917 I didn't read your comment (thank God). But I did see that you said, "they're trying to mimic men". That's got to be the dumbest thing I've read in a while. Basketball is basketball. What do you want them to do, just stand there and not defend? Not shoot?
