Excellent Presentation Mai...thankS deeply for sharinG!😍I made some MeXiCan FieSta Udon Noodles (that were shaped like Bowties) before that I shall be puttinG into hot soups to enjoy over the Winter and they turned out perfectly!😃I am goinG to be makinG another batCh of LonG UDoN NooDles today for a future Stiryfry so I came here to learn from you how to fold the dough properly before cuttinG them up!👍I shall be addinG SaLt, Pepper and some Red Pepper flakes to my Dough to giVe the Noodles lotSss of flaVor eXcitement!👍Because I haVe painful Arthritis in my both of my hands😥 I simply put a lil oil into my NinJa Blender, then I add the Flour/SpiCe Mixture and then I add a lil boilinG Hot Water to help form the Dough VeRy Quickly!👍I simply Don't haVe the time and patience to put the Dough in a ZiploC Bag and Jump on it all Day especially because I broke both my feet in the paSt and don't need to Rebreak them makinG UDoN Noodles!😂😂😂Shine On Sweet Soul and HaVe a Great Day Fellow Foodie!✌🌹✌😇🌹🌞🌹🍲🌹🌏🌎🌍☕🍵☕🎋

I made Udon noodles using your instructions, and it came out just fine. I only have to learn how to slice the Dow into thinner strips, hahahaha.

Thank you SO MUCH for the flour ratios! You don't get all purpose flour in South Africa, so I always have problems with recipes thst call for it (which is most recipes).

What's the point of mixing bread flour and cake flour? Bread flour has high protein content, cake flour has low protein content, but when you mix them together don't you just get medium protein content flour? AKA all-purpose flour?
