I love matcha so much, and I was craving a matcha flavored sweet. I was able to whip these up really quick. So simple and so delicious 😋 Thank you for the recipe. These pair so well with a glass of milk or a cup of tea.
Hello, thank you for your video I'm in Okinawa and I have gluten allergy it's very hard for me find glutenfree food here but I was very happy when I heard in the Tee house I visited I can eat this sweet dessert because this is just rice and beans ❤
May I know how long can I keep them fresh in room temperature? And how to storage them properly at room temperature? Is air tight container good enough for room temperature?
I made these for tea with my friends and they turned out amazing! These are probably the only cookies I’ve made that don’t taste off or bitter or dry, and the only issue I’ve had was that as an American it was hard to convert precise amounts of oz-cups especially since our butter comes in sticks and doesn’t clarify much lol, tysm though! They were delicious and buttery! And as an avid matcha fan, I absolutely adored them! 🫶🍵
I had to add mor flour, because it was not a solid dough, and i think i slightly undercooked them, but this is really tasty. Thank you for sharing this recepie
