Awesome! Love the UDR! Hyrax tires are awesome! I use them as snow tires on my Gen 8! LOL! When you parked it on it's side the first thing I thought of was Ace Ventura "Like a glove!" LOL!
Never gets old seeing you send that truck over the jumps! Those wheels look great on the UDR. The truck is a bit expensive for me, but is one I've had my eye on. I'll for sure use your affiliate link if I do buy one!
I wanted to grab a set of the hyrax tires for my UDR, and but probably Mount them on the stock method Wheels. I couldn't imagine having to put those pieces in the tire and then screw 32 screws on top of that it must take about four weeks to mount the set a tires

Can the v2 rims work with stock tires and paddle tires cuz I’m thinking of getting these but if these rims only work with the hyrax I’ll just buy v1 rims

The other thing, you try a lot of stuff and I am sure you learned plenty through that. I have an E-Revo converted from the crappy VXL-Sytem to a Max 6 on the original 2200KV motor altough the manual says 1650KV max. Would it be better to change to a Max 8? Would the Max 6 overheat on 6S at full speed due to the higher KV's?
Where do you get the bead spacer pieces from? The lil pieces you installed inside tire bead. Info please and thanks. Always look forward to udr and xmaxx vids
@@ExocagedRC no I have the rc4wd raceline beadlocks now. Will be getting a set of these. Wanted to see if those helped them on the rc4wd wheels or not. Only had 1 bead pop out so far.
The Mohave is a short course truck dressed up as a trophy truck, whereas the UDR is an actual trophy truck replica. What’s the difference? The Mohave is designed to perform better around tight turns and the UDR is designed to perform better on high speed straights with lots of bumps. The UDR is also much more scale.
I mounted a set of bfg baja tires on the older set of vitavon beadlocks and it took me fucking hours. But worth it. The rims look awesome. I had noticed Lofton went to silver rims on his fox truck as well. #AHBEEF
Yes, and they also create more heat. They look more scale, drive more scale, and keep the truck planted, but the extra weight causes too many jumping issues and takes away from performance IMO. If you are bashing and sending your vehicle off jumps that aren’t scale, you don’t want your vehicle to drive scale if that makes sense.
Guy thoese wheels are not meant for the hyrax tires thoese are for any other 2.2/3.0 tire. Vitavon makes a wheel with nubs made only for the hyrax tire. You need to buy the other vitavon wheels. They are made to go into the cut out.slots in the tire lol.
