Wandy is one of the icons in this sport, i just hate he is fighting against Cung, because i dont want to see loosing anymore, he was a beast in pride, and in 1 moment the best and more dangerous man in the planet, he lost a lot of speed and agresion this years in UFC but i definetely love this guy!

@atyl1972 Wanderlei has had heart for over a decade, and it has never slowed down. Guida and Edgar have had a couple fights where they show some heart, sure, but no way are they hall of famers like this legend right here.

@Absoloootly What are you taking about? Dos Santos knocked out Velassquez with a straight over hand right. Wanderlei has the bad habit of having a front stance then moving forward with looping hooks. Chun Le with will front kick him to the face.

Wanderlei has to try to throw his punches straight. When he was knocking guys out in Pride the striking is not what it is today. Throwing wide looping punches won't get you a win in today's MMA.

@xKillerWandx just cause the UFC would want to cut him doesn't decide his fate in MMA he would be a huge draw for any other organization regardless of his record. UFC doesnt decide your fate. the person does. if he wants to fight forever a non UFC owned org will always be there to pay him and fans will always want to see him.

dont get me wrong, silva is a cool dude with badass matches but hes getin old now, kung lee aint no joke either, just cause he isnt in ppv main events all the time doesnt mean he sucks

if waderlei is not win this fight he needs to retire. Cung le is much a smaller fighter when compare to body flame and height, but still gonna rule for cung...he will break another strong hand.

This is sad but for sure Wand is going to get koed by a high kick, it will be very depressing to see Wanderlei retires just like Lidell.

@ramrod20042000 Do you ever stop and listen to yourself? Dos Santos' punch had no 'straight' in it. Yes, it was a over hand right with no straight appeal to it. "straight over hand right" is an oxymoron...
