Man, I used to hate Chael but now I regard as the nicest guy in mma!! The shit he said around the Anderson fights pissed me off but I now I view him as the most honest and sincere guy around,

That was pretty smooth, him saying "Hi Oliver." Ariel's son means the world to him, and that was a nice personal touch. Chael talks a lot of shit (which I love), but damn, he's smart and savvy.
This will be interesting if Sonnen beats Bones and then gets a rematch with Silva and gets Silva this time round. Not saying it's gonna happen, but that would be one hell of a come-back.

What are you talking about that's his normal double speak. Right after the fight in front of the fighter and the press he's always humble in defeat. Then the second someone get's him in a private interview a few days later he has 10 different excuses for the loss and how he's still the real champ. You must be new to Chael to think that his humbleness immediately after getting beat up is legit.
I think he means like - Urijah Faber, IMO he is the best in that division but he just cant get it right when it comes to championship fights in the UFC, Im not saying Chael is in the same park as Urijah but im just saying that's a example.

Everyone who hates Sonnen, I want to see you step up to the plate and fight the best fighters in the world without hesitation. His balls are bigger than all of his haters put together. He fought Silva twice and scored 3 10-8 rounds against him. Has any other UFC fighter done that to Silva? He might not be as well rounded as some fighters, but you are hard pressed to find another guy who comes forward the way Sonnen does. And he has never turned down a fight. You have to respect that.
I honestly think he has a shot of winning. IDK why people see it as a huge upset if he wins. Bones will most likely win, but I do give Chael a good shot.
I like Jon Jones, but been starting to like Chael. He's becoming a very respectful fighter, his submission skills and defense have increased since he has been training with the current BJJ world champion. I admire how hard he's been working for this fight, without talking trash. He'll have a better chance of winning this fight. Anything could happen though, not betting my money until i see the winner for myself. Chael, if you're reading this, you're a spectacular, humble, determined, fighter. =)
I just hope Chael puts Jones in a little danger before Jones wins, i just don't wanna see a decision ....If I could put money on it, i'd say it doesn't go to decision, not the biggest Jones fan, but the man does finish fights, unlike 80% of the champions in the ufc.
Well He wasn't actually unconcious, it was just a TKO. Even if he did get KOd, what he means is he's never had a serious injury, like something you need physical therapy/surgery for.

In the end Jones did beat him up, but that ref desision was ver doubtful to me. Paid ref? maybe. Who knows, but who in the world stops the fight 27 seconds before the end of the round, when the guy below keeps defending himself and is consious?

Wow man.....Sonnen can only dream of achieving the success Edgar has had in the octagon. You realize Edgar was the actual lightweight champ, defended the championship against Pen and Maynard and only lost the title by a razor thin margin against Ben Henderson.By the way many people thought he won the second Henderson fight. There is no comparison here.When Edgar loses vs the best in his division its in a close very competitive fight.Edgar deserves those tittle fights.

Actually wrestling was my sport of choice and i wrestled most of my life. As for aldo being in the top 3 i just can't see him being rated over JBJ, anderson or GSP until they lose. I won't watch JBJ fight again until its at HW. Him fighting anybody else at LHW is a joke. I also think pettis will beat Aldo but i wouldn't bet on it
No one wants to give sonnen any credit; most of the light heavys are scared to death of bones, chael stepped to the plate and took the fight. And he went after jones. He got dominated but went down fighting. Wish more fighters had his attitude maybe these ppvs wouldnt suck so hard

Exactly! I wanted Sonnen to win but I'm not delusional. Didn't anyone learn anything from Silva v Bonnar? These match-ups are a waste of money! One look at Jones' fight history and you'd be a fool to think Sonnen even had a chance.
