For things like upper cuts and body shots one trick you can use in training is to use the clinch. Usually you can only get a couple in, but if you can clinch them and put them against the wall you can stick them there for as long as you need to complete the challenge

Been meaning to say in your other video an easy way to do body shots is with kicks. When the training ask for body shots you don't have to use punches only. Same with anything that just say get a certain amount of damage. Also in your last video your opponent got 6 to 10 significant strikes in that could have been avoided most were dude to lack of blocking your body and the easy way to get around that is with footwork moving and striking drains less stamina also you can gain stamina on the move faster the higher the level. So you can wait to improv body and chin defense until you get five fights in the UFC then you want to improve body and chin strength as well as leg strength. After that blocking would be greatly helpful because soon people will start breaking your block. Also any time you see someone spin or turn it means they have a spinning move either a spinning back fist spinning elbow or back elbow strike. You can get a easy knockout if you do a heavy attack either during their attack or after a miss. A miss will guarantee a knockout, especially against any spinning attack
