Smoove not sure if you read these comments but what you keep doing wrong is going for uppercuts when someone gets up and you have them in the clench unless they are severely injured they will always get out because one your clench and grapple isn't high enough and you are using one hand to control them. The better solution would to use your knees, when you are in a clench like that you kicks become knee strikes so instead of using your fight keep the clench and knee them it's going to be a ko or knock down every time and it will make it easier to control the clench and won't let them break out as easy.
