As north easterners in general you know how much we crib or complaint that the centre always spend more on already developed states outside NE. The same applies at local level. I am meitei but not from Manipur, I have never been to Manipur. Atleast he knows the words ufc gym in English 😂🤣😂🤣 if not he never speak English nor add subtitles in English in his videos. Because he dont know how to speak English or write in English . Its so sad living with this kind of condition in this 21st century. 70 percent of people from manipur and mizoram doesn't know English and Hindi. They can't even understand and speaks.
