Hi! I'm Gabriella Esther from Institut Teknologi Bandung and this is my submission video for Unilever Future Leaders League 2022.
During COVID-19 pandemic, millennials and Gen Z women are faced with higher workloads and reduced self care which leads to them facing considerable amounts of stress and may also lead to stress-related hair problems. However, according to survey conducted with 58 respondents, hair care is not the first thing they look for when they’re experiencing stress. Instead, it’s entertainment.
Therefore, to become the top of their mind in terms of hair care, TRESemmé Keratin Smooth can tap into the place they seek first whenever they’re stressed during pandemic, which is entertainment. With this insight, I - as the brand owner of TRESemmé - propose the campaign #YourPerfectMatch.
The objective of this campaign is to create the understanding that only TRESemmé Keratin Smooth can provide millennial & Gen Z women the happiness from finding their perfect salon-like hair care match at home through an entertaining experience.
With this campaign, an entertaining hair care experience with TRESemmé Keratin Smooth will be Indonesia women’s first go-to during their stressful times.
