Especially in the age of cameras. People are seeing stuff and recording it. We have military pilots seeing similar things and recording it. We have the DoD coming out and saying these things exist. My guys, each of these things makes a point, and eventually, these points make a line, and even further, those lines start to form a picture. Eventually, there's going to be something that happens where something is caught really clear by multiple people, and it's going to be hard to claim it fake. If they like to be ahead of the curve, disclosure is the first place to start.

No the problem is a lot of these dark government programs generate their own funding through very illegal means, like human trafficking in all its forms, drug trafficking, weapon sales to whoever pays highest, etcetera. Cutting funding would do less than nothing.
