It's a Burna Bomma (get it?) Sooo glad you liked it and used the tutorial! Your flames turned out pretty good. I would suggest if you don't want it to "look like a tree" is to round out the throats of the flames instead of being pointed (like on the upper left one on your cloak), and add the divorced licks (which you did!). The whole model looks right proppa to me!
Awsome I'm painting mine. Painting yellow after doing goffs is a such a bitch. He's an increadable model, I thought it was just a new warboss. Wow, nice job man!
DaRedWunzGoFasta does super work and great videos. and A great model Stevo, and he looks super!! keep up the great videos!! cant wait to see him in a game!!
For those looking for a good (chronological) ork reading list, here's some suggestions (EDIT: Including all of the current Ufthak stories, in order): The oft-mentioned 12-novel, _The Beast Arises_ series is all told from a weedie 'umie perspective, but does have some propa orky highlights here and there, still the focus is mostly on boring beakies, drug-addled assassins, politicians and uvver 'umie gitz set in M32-ish. I think youtuber Valrak likes this series even though his Imperial Fists get krumped by da boyz right 'ard, right out of the gate. If you want some real orky stories from the propa orky perspective try reading the ongoing story of Ufthak Blackhawk which currently includes: 1. _Where Dere's da Warp, Dere's a Way_ (short story, Ufthak da boy becomes a Nob) 2. _Brutal Kunnin'_ (novel, Ufthak vs the Adeptus Mechanicus with a Special Guest Star) 3. _Warboss_ (novel, Ufthak _is_ the Special Guest in this one, it introduces a lot of new Warbosses, and an important new character--Snaggi, da Grotboss!) 4. _Road Rage_ (short story, prelude to Da Big Dakka) 5. _Da Big Dakka_ (novel, Ufthak vs the Drukhari) Prior to Mike Brooks' Ufthak series, Guy Haley put out a bunch of ork short stories and one novella, following a trio of Meks. They run thusly: 1. _Engine of Mork_ (short story, three friends build a Stompa) 2. _Sanctus Reach: Evil Sun Rising_ (novella, part of the Sanctus Reach anthology, features a Special Guest Star and the best Ork drop ship scene ever committed to paper) 3. _Klaw of Mork_ (short story/audio drama following on from Sanctus Reach) 4-ish. _Prophets of Waaagh!_ (three-part short audio drama) The first three are fun reads/listens, 'Prophets' I think is okay, but the individual parts are a little short for my taste especially after what was the peak for me: Evil Sun Rising. Then there is _Ghazghkull Thraka: Prophet of the Waaagh!_ which is a good standalone novel outlining the titular Warboss and his mascot the mostly-faithful Makari. It's weird how Black Library doesn't actually advertise their ongoing books and stories in any real organized way allowing you to find all the little side stories and pieces. I had to do some detective work to find all of these. Anyhow, If anyone has anymore suggestions, add them here.
Awesome paint job, Bossman 💛🖤💛🖤💛 Legends rules may come and go, but the mini still makes a perfectly viable standard Warboss (aside from the difference in base size, although this shouldn't be an issue unless youre playing against a total git 🤣)
Nice to see you back. Do you feel that the limited edition ork characters are just a tax on Ork players? Have you done reviews of the different factions in orks in tenth yet? What are you playing?
I did cover them in a video when the Codex first dropped. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ta1ux8VyhOo.html I am of course playing Dread Mob. Mainly because that's what I play anyway. 🌙
@daniel812681 🔥 tactics vids coming soon. I promise! Currently working on a bigger project which has taken all my editing time. As soon as that video is done, I will return to the tactics playlist starting with Burna Boyz. 🔥
