There so many recipes you have seen like chicken luwombo recipe and the cities we have travelled together like mbarara city and also kampala flyover progress, what has been you stand out. Africans in diaspora, ugandans in diaspora, what has been your stand out video?
Am sure you have seen more food in uganda-Kampala through these videos like ugandan rolex, uganda food recipes, ugandan delicacy, cooking ugandan dishes and so on.
I have a question for ugandans, what do you mean my uganda empya?
In this video, we share a liver recipe using the most easy ingredients you can find on the market. we used milk to add soup into the liver instead of water and the liver recipe came out so perfect and so delicious.
other videos you expect yo find on this channel, ugandan street foods, ugandan rolex, restaurants in uganda, food in uganda, cooking matooke, uganda cuisines, ugandan food recipes, street food uganda, luwombo uganda, fish stew, ugandan chicken stew and so many videos..
Also through these videos, you can find where to eat in kampala.

The one thing I have realised over time is that sometimes less is better. Our Ug dishes have taste because we use less spices which sometimes kill the original taste of what's being cooked. I have tasted some of the over flavored dishes and I concluded ebyaffe biwooma.

Vegetables were already found in Africa. Don't let the muzungu confuse you guys. See an extract from the old testament. We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick: but now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.
