When you plan to eat outside where the flies will make you uncomfortable , you get Lavender flowers in a pot and you put it on the table it drive them away because of its scents Petunia as well ,but I enjoy your enthusiasm promoting our foods in Uganda .

Just have a few comments. 1. I feel the video is a bit too long. The longer the video the less attention 2. I think focus should be in the actual preparation, the people behind the food, the culture...I think that gives a more compelling story to watch. 3. The camera people need to put up a show...different shots, close ups to the juices in the food. 4. A preview of the video can be put at the start...like a sort of introduction

I think you guys you get side plates and cutlery so that you can serve a portion and cover the rest of the food for it to stay warm and of course, to avoid contamination ( do you see how you lick your fingers and then dip in the food again? Yeah,not very hygienic).. Otherwise, I enjoy your videos Nic.thanks.
You sure never been in a real African village, u still have Africans serve food on banana leaves. What are you going to do ? Refuse eat because u need plates. And for your info bacteria and viruses are all killed over 100 degree of heat. All cooked is way over that.

Niko, But juice in Kavera everywhere, why? I thought you are in a restaurant? Whenever you are served with chicken whole, endevour to start with kidney. As a man, there is a secret in it.
Hahaha...we were not in a restaurant....akaffo komukyala afumba katono nyoo and also I wanted to give space to other customers..... Next time I'll definitely do that...but share with us the secret....we all need to know..
