I want you to ask a question . I recently passed my masters from Calcutta University with 5.4cgpa which indicates I am not eligible for UGC net. I really hoped to do work in a research field, even I started some preparation for net. But today I feel totally devastated and waste about my future. My parents even not having any expectations from me, and casually suggesting me to do B.ed, because this is the only option left. And, yes! I will go for B.ed. But I had had that plan doing research. So, Can give me any suggestion, whether or not any chance left for me to be in this field?
If you have interest in your subject as I am assuming you do, then you can publish research papers on many websites. Net is not mandatory to do that. B.ed is a good option if you want to teach in school. As far as parents' expectations are concerned even qualifying the exam doesn't guarantee that it will make them happy (talking from experience). Enroll in B.ed but don't take your subject for granted, keep reading and researching and publish papers on websites. If you have any other problem, do ask.

I gave much effort to this degree, but still it didn't work out for me. May be I had some mistakes! And, unfortunately, now I couldn't find anyone here giving me any positive suggestions. So, I just ended up asking you questions. I really want you to thank again for this. However, I have another question, if I pursue b.ed from any regular mode, can I go for another master degree from any distance mode? Will it be a good choice for me?
