I've seen a couple of these challenges and I have to say that most people tend to think of construction work, supermarkets, subways etc. as ugly. If it's Tumblr-fied it's not ugly lol. I've seen these backdrops a ton, so I don't really see these places as ugly. What would make this challenge really interesting would be places like an old internet cafe or those stores where you can buy wires and old computerscreens. Another place would be an empty soccerfield or an empty parking lot. Those are the places that would make this challenge really interesting. Nontheless your pictures turned out great! They're super instagram worthy!
These were super cool!! When I think "ugly" I was thinking more a long the lines of an overflowing dumpster in an alley, a run down or abandoned building, a junkyard, a bathroom in a gas station, under a bridge where homeless people live... lol That would make for some interrrresting photo shoots lol
