Im so glad of your channle James. Loads to watch but I get to recce every Munro I do. Going to do these on Sat after doing Glas Maol 4 last weekend. Its also cool watching your style and video editing get better and better over time!!👌❤️ Appreciate you mate!!🤟
Hey James, great vid, hard job trying to make these summits look beautiful haha. I’ll probably tick off these three as a warm up after lockdown. What type of drone to you take with you? I’ve been looking at a DJI spark as it’s more entry level. What is the etiquette on the hills when using drones, do you find yourself waiting until you are alone before sending it up? All the best, Joe
Thanks for watching Joe, yes these are not the greatest summits but still a great day out! Great way to get back into things, I use the DJI Mavic Mini, quite a nice little drone, they have the Mini 2 now which is even better. Im pretty conscious about other people, I wont fly it if i know other people can hear/see it, unless I really want the shot then I would ask permission first 😂 everyone I have asked have seemed okay so far - Enjoy whatever you get 👍 Atb, James
Decided to get these 3 off the list finally this morning and glad they are. Still a good wee exercise though. Any idea why Carn nan sac isnt considered a munro since its summit is 919m high?
Yeah a decent day out for these 😁 I think it doesn’t have the prominence to become a Munro, it might be a subsidiary top of Carn a’Gheoidh.. I think it needs a certain drop off each side to become a Munro but not sure how much that is exactly Seen a fair few hills that I’m certain should be Munros, and some Munros im sure shouldn’t be 😂
