In UPS mode, if it shuts off due to low battery does it auto turn back on the AC outputs when charging power returns?

Would be interesting to know. EcoFlow has a setting that does allow you to set AC always on.

can only original solar panels be connected? or any

Assuming correct voltage and polarity any panels within the power limit will work.
