Given your...anxiety levels about stuff and things...I cannot recommend getting a meat thermometer enough! That way you know exactly how cooked stuff is, no more worries about undercooking things and so you can save yourself from overcooking by just wanting to let it go for 'a little while longer'

The one time I ate lobster and shrimp, I broke out in canker sores.Then, my face and tongue started to swell until I couldn’t speak. I did all that hard work of cooking, only to find out shellfish will kill me. After all those years not being able to afford it and building up my expectations, it just fits that that little sea beast would try to kill me.

Even though she came out of her shell by peeing twice during this cooking tutorial, Grace cutting the alien lobster tails with the scissors she found in her kitchen was surprisingly less of a struggle than she experienced trying to separate the tin foil from its packaging.

When you upload a video RU-vid does a basic upload to get the video up quickly and then does a full quality upload which sometimes takes longer. Basically it just means you were so early to watching the video that it hadn't even really finished processing yet, lol

I have been cooking since I was maybe 12 years old. (I won't go into why, not the focal point) And I consider myself a pretty good cook. But I just wanted to let you know Grace; that I also still struggle with retaining the recipes instructions in a matter of seconds. I constantly have to go back and forth to read them. So don't feel bad. P.S. I watch(and like) every single one of your videos(eventually) and I think you are a great cook as well! :D Love ya~
