wait this is so cool - Im an incoming freshman at UIUC and I'm doing some research before I start the fall 2024 semester. This got me really excited! I really love the editing in the video the style is so cool.

UIUC alumni here. Idk why this was recommended to me, but I needed this nostalgia. I lived in Bousfield and worked at the Ikenberry dining hall my last year here. I miss it so much. Happier times are surely ahead, but I hope you enjoy your time on campus to the fullest. College at UIUC is so beautiful w the right people. Some of my past happiest moments happened on that campus omg 🥰

my father went to university of illinois, and i plan on maybe going there as well!! currently i’m in my junior year of high school, but i missed the second semester of sophomore year due to a severe depression and burnout i experienced along with… a LOT of other things that happened. so, now i’m making up that semester online and also doing junior year online while planning to go back senior year. one thing i was wondering about university of Illinois is how would it be for a disabled person?? i’m on the autism spectrum and have adhd, and they have certainly gotten in the way of things at school so far.. so i was wondering what kind of accommodations UIUC has for people like me (if you know anything about it) ^_^ also, i was wondering if dorms are co-ed?? great editing by the way, it was very fun to watch!!

i’ve heard the same thing as well, but luckily i haven’t had problems and i haven’t seen any on my floor tbh

hi thank you so much :) i use poster putty, it’s like sticky tack but it’s specifically made not to strip paint!

Thank you so much for making this! I’m an incoming freshman and have no idea what to put in the dorm and stuff so this was so helpful 😊 How many clothes would you suggest bringing? Also I was wondering if you have heard about how the PAR dorm is? I picked it because it’s predominantly black and more closer to culture so I’m hoping that true!

omg yess PAR is known as the historically Black dorm so you’ll definitely see plenty of us there! also, only bring about half of your closet fr bc those closets are TINY😭
