Rhys (9:31) one of the worst sort of person for seeing a crash, shouting at the people and then appearing to just driving off with video evidence of it when there seems to be ample opportunity to park up and provide assistance.

I’m noticing several comments are focused solely on the whole ‘Insurance’ issue with the car and cyclist, and how this situ can be dealt with, etc. But putting that aside, there’s a very real possibility that the cyclist could have been responsible for injuring any persons in the car he hit. If someone happened to be sitting in the back seat of the Mini when the accident happened, it’s quite possible, that all that broken glass, could have hurt them, what if they’d been a BABY! in that backseat! The cyclist just didn’t care enough to even consider this, to even have a look to see if someone was in need of an ambulance, he was more concerned with running, limping, away from an accident, he caused, due to reckless cycling. I was actually expecting the cyclist, that caught this incident on his GoPro, to go after the guilty cyclist along with the driver of the Mini. I was also keen to watch the confrontation 😇, he pretty much missed the golden opportunity to film the best part 😒! But, Umm... more importantly, of course, GoPro footage could at least provide the driver evidence against the cyclist, if needed. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought that if you witness an accident, you’re supposed to stay on the scene until the police arrived, to provide a statement? This definitely looks like an accident that would have merited calling the police. But the cyclist who filmed this incident, seemed kinda blazé about the magnitude of what he’d caught on his camera, the Mini’s back window was completely shattered! The first thing the cyclist did, was inquire if the ‘hit and in the process of running’ cyclist was alright. GoPro cyclist seemed biased to me! There’s absolutely no way, that the driver of the Mini would be able to carry on driving on his merry way! I’m really hoping that, rather than just posting this on RU-vid for entertainment purposes, he also gave the police, and/or, emailed a copy of the footage to the driver. ... 🤷🏾‍♀️ Because who knows, his footage may help identify the, reckless, hit and run cyclist so he can be charged with, fleeing the scene of a crime, the very moment he started to walk, it automatically became a criminal offence, Mini driver presses charges, cyclist leaves in handcuffs. From the way the guilty cyclist bolted without any hesitation, makes me think that this isn’t his ‘first rodeo’. He may even be, a ‘serial’ car hitting and running cyclist... The infamous, “Car Basher-Smasher Bicycle Man!”
