UK Elections I Sunak resigns, Starmer becomes PM 

Conservative British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, has left Downing Street for the last time, after the Labour Party's landslide election victory. Sunak says he will resign as Conservative leader, once arrangements are in place for his successor. He has addressed the nation outside 10 Downing Street, as part of the transfer of power to Keir Starmer.
