If a recruiter of a big company has employed you they might pay for your travel expenses but if it's a privately owned care home/agency, you will pay for it yourself. As for the IELTS, if you really want the job, you'll do what it takes cos it is keenly contested for.

@@beingacarerwithkess if your COS expires due to personal reasons you have to reapply for a new COS with another company In the 🇬🇧 uk. if your COS expires because of any crisis or pandemic, it will be reissued back from same company to you. like @Carerkess rightfully said, won't let such happen to us by God's Grace 🙏 🙌
