Nice house, just a shame where it is as it's so close to other houses. If ever I did have the money for a house like that I would want a decent amount of land around it.

The videography is amazing, the quick ramps are sadly cutting off seeing a lot of the spaces, feel they are almost too fast and likely need some motion blur to help view it more naturally. Appreciate that it helps you around the property faster but sometimes seeing things shorter but slower is also a great way to see more. Video of the property overall is mega and enjoyed it. Reminds me the movie American Pie, the wildest teens mega paaaarties, if such mansions look like a museum, then why not an Open House happening party just enough to share a classical concert, such huge spaces are made to be shared fans, the Facebook five thousand guests limit seems to me the proper figure, go for it, get in action, bring in the finger food exhibition next to the camping area and bungalow available for guests to build up the next ... brotherhood of men festival, whatever you please, such huge mansions make me feel so tiny lost and helpless, with no friends to paaaarty is only deeply depressing

I have lived in this area since a child..for about 45 years..I can tell you that Emerson Park once was an elite area full of real quality homes lived in by real people. Its now full of "who ever can build the biggest house"... do they not realize that this is trashy and has no class what so ever ? Shame ...i am selling up and getting out its now full of the wrong sorts .

You can have the house. My house is miles better 4 bedrooms detached cottage in a beautiful place called church cove on the lizard in Cornwall and what 600yards away from the sea. And I have a sea view. And fresh Cornish air. And a Ford Mondeo on a 65plate and a Racing green 2009 Disco. I don’t miss London or Essex born and raised Bow Working all over the home countries. Now live in Cornwall I’m 36 and enjoying life with my wife and 2 daughter. And earn £2800 a month take home. Even tho I won £1.5m on lotto. Brought the mondeo new out right, Discovery 2nd hand. And the house outright modernised it a little £345k. Half million in each of my girls bank for there future. Now Im like every other blue neck working man. My house is miles better. Then the owner of this house wakes up what does he or she see? When they draw the curtains Concrete or brick and police or ambulance sirens. I open mine I see blue sea, blue sky, grey, yellow stones and sand. And greenery and waves hitting the rocks.
