ഇപ്പോൾ NHS ട്രസ്റ്റുകൾക്കു കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നും നഴ്സ്മാരെ റിക്രൂട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതിൽ താല്പര്യം കാരണം അവർ 10-12 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെ ഒരു നഴ്സിനെ മറ്റുള്ള രാജ്യത് നിന്നും കൊണ്ട് വരാൻ ആകും. മലയാളി നഴ്സ് വന്നാൽ 1 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഓസ്ട്രേലിയ ന്യൂസിലാലൻഡ് ഒക്കെ ഇവിടുത്തെ ജോലി ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു പോകുന്നു. അത് കാരണം നേപ്പാൾ, ഗാന, സിമ്പവേ, നൈജീരിയ എനിവടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ആണ് റിക്രൂട്ട് ചെയുന്നത്. നമ്മൾ മലയാളികളെ ജോലിയോട് സിൻസിരിറ്റി ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് പൊതുവെ ഉള്ള വെള്ളക്കാരുടെ ധാരണ. നമ്മൾ തന്നെ വരുത്തി വച്ച വിന. ഞാൻ nhsil വർഷങ്ങൾ ആയി ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു വെക്തി ആണ്. ലാസ്റ്റ് വീക്കിലും നേപ്പാളിൽ റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. മലയാളികളെ ഇനി അവർക്കു വേണ്ടാ.
